Errata 2012-2014
- Intermediate Recital Programme: Should read – suitable for candidates from 15 years and not 17 years.
- Grade 6 Speech & Drama: In Section B Prose/Drama the extract from ‘The Glass Menagerie’ should read Scene 7 and not scene 6.
- Grade 6 Speech & Drama: The Road not Taken comes from ‘The Nation’s Favourite Poems’ Publisher: BBC and not ‘The Nation’s Favourite 20th Century Poems’.
- Grade 6 Speech & Drama: ‘The Home Place’ by Brian Friel Act 2 (Margaret) selection should begin with ‘Sugar is now three pence a pound. Last week it was tuppence’ and continue to ‘Bad monkeys, weren’t we?’ Omit Christopher.
- Grade 5 Speech & Drama: ‘Watership Down’ extract is taken from Part IV ‘Hazel-Rah’ – Epilogue.
- Grade 4 Speech & Drama – a selection from List B ‘The Pied Piper’ by Adrian Mitchell is taken from Audition Pieces for 6-16 year olds edited by Jean Marlow Publisher: A & C Black but ONLY in the first edition. It is not in the 2nd edition.

- Grade 2 Speech & Drama – Alice in Wonderland extract should read Chapter 7 and not Chapter 3.
- Prelim & Primary Speech & Drama both have ‘Moving Away’ by Peter Dixon in the verse speaking list and will remain so.
- Kindergarten Grade: The poem ‘Mice’ is by Rose Fyleman and not Eleanor Farjeon as stated in the syllabus.
- Creative Performance: Marking scheme for Intermediate, Transition and Senior Grades should read Mime 30 marks.
- Group Drama: Marking scheme for Introductory, Preparatory, Junior, Pre-Intermediate, Intermediate and Senior Grade, shoud read 50 marks for each element.
