Introduction

The Vocal Studies Faculty offers the following full-time courses: BA in Performance; M Mus; D Mus; and a Diploma in Music in Performance and Teaching. In addition, there is a one-year Access Course for students who need to improve their vocal technique and musicianship in advance of auditioning for the BA in Performance. We also offer singing lessons and supplementary classes to part-time students, by audition.

The faculty is especially distinguished by the calibre of its teaching staff and enhanced by their reputations, both as teachers and performers. Singing students benefit from a wide range of classes specifically tailored to their needs, and from the small student intake, which guarantees individual attention.
