Young Artist Fund
The Young Artist Programme is a two-year immersive programme aimed at high-potential Junior level students, aged primarily between 15-18, who are already on a pathway to professional musical training at conservatoire or university level.
A two-round audition process determines acceptance to the programme, emphasising merit, suitability, and potential. Once accepted to the programme, each of our Young Artists receives:
- Focussed chamber music coaching, which nurtures self-reflection and the development of working relationships with other performers
- An increased number of solo and chamber music performance opportunities
- Masterclasses with renowned artists - all of the Young Artists will be invited to attend masterclasses as both a participant and an audience member
- Complimentary tickets for our Young Artists to attend inspiring performances by other artists throughout the year
- Guidance on programme/repertoire planning for a well-planned performance - introducing concepts in devising, developing, marketing, presenting, public speaking, and performing for different audiences
- Professional mentoring by recent graduates, professional musicians, and other successful leaders in the fields of sport and media
- Training in digital and recording media – necessary for preparing for auditions and competitions
- Teaming our Young Artists up with “study buddies” to facilitate communication and shared experiences
We are seeking both individuals and corporations to support our Young Artist Programme. To receive more information on how we could acknowledge your support, please contact:
