Helen McCormack
Helen McCormack is an investment funds lawyer in the Maples Group’s top-tier international law firm, Maples and Calder. She specialises in the establishment, launch, ongoing maintenance and restructuring of investment funds, including hedge funds and private equity funds. She also advises on general corporate and commercial matters. She is qualified in Ireland, England and Wales and the Cayman Islands.
Helen is a Law and Political Science graduate of Trinity College Dublin. She is a Harvard Extension School graduate and is a board member of the Harvard Club of Ireland. Helen is a former student of RIAM and studied under Colma Briscoe and Peter Tuite for pianoforte and Michelle Nolan O’Driscoll for speech and drama.
