Services

Loans

Full-time and part-time RIAM students can borrow from the library. You can borrow items for 1 month and renew for longer if no other user has requested them. We reserve the right to recall loans at any time.

Computers

We provide 7 Macs (with MS-Office Suite, Finale & Sibelius software) for RIAM third-level students and staff. The library is also a WiFi zone.

Interlibrary loans

If the library does not hold the item you need, we can obtain it on on loan from other libraries. Staff, undergraduates and postgraduates may avail of this free on a limited basis. Please contact the library staff for more information.

Visiting other libraries

RIAM Staff and postgraduate students can access the full range of research/university libraries in Ireland through the Library Link scheme. This generally allows reference access to external libraries (but not borrowing).
