Undergraduate Programmes

Our core offering is the BMus which has five strands: Keyboard Performance, String Performance, Wind, Brass & Percussion Performance, Vocal Performance and Composition. 

The 1-year Access Programme is for students who wish to work on their practical and academic areas in preparation for a third-level music degree programme.  

The Diploma in Music Teaching & Performance suits students who wish to spend one year or two years part time studying music intensively. It can also serve as a post-degree qualification for those postgraduate students who haven't previously specialised in music performance.

The BMusEd programme is  a professional qualification for those wishing to become music teachers at secondary school level (including Northern Ireland).
