Trish Long is an international media and entertainment executive with extensive leadership experience across film, business, music and live entertainment. She currently serves as chair of Dublin International Film Festival and MediCinema Ireland. Trish is a 30-year veteran of the Walt Disney Company where she held many roles including Vice President and General Manager for Ireland, as well as serving on the EMEA leadership team and as a senior member of the Walt Disney Studios International Publicity team. During her tenure, Trish led major commercial and strategic initiatives and opened many new lines of business for Disney in Ireland, including music, live stage productions, Disney Store and the launch of the highly successful streaming service Disney+. She is an advanced practitioner of Strategic Foresight and has been recognised by Celluloid Junkie as one of the Top 50 Global Women in film.

Trish began her career in local radio, developing an early connection to broadcasting, communications and music. She is also a founding member of Jazz Gals. Her governance experience includes serving on the boards of the Irish Film and Television Academy and the Irish Film Institute, on the Governing Authority of the University of Limerick, and as a trustee of the University Concert Hall. She was part of the board which launched Troy Studios and sat on the Ardmore Studios board for many years. She has a long-standing commitment to access, equality, diversity and participation in the arts, cultural and education sectors.
