RIAM is pleased to share that Muse House, 38 Fenian Road, has been recognised at the RIAI Architecture Awards 2026, receiving an award in the Adaptation and Re-use category.
Designed by Lawrence and Long Architects, Muse House forms part of RIAM’s developing campus and provides student accommodation beside the Academy’s Westland Row home. The award recognises the careful restoration and reuse of the Georgian building, supporting RIAM’s commitment to creating spaces where young musicians can live, learn and develop in the heart of Dublin.
The RIAI Architecture Awards are Ireland’s leading architecture awards, celebrating quality, sustainability and the contribution that architecture makes to society. The 2026 winners were announced at a ceremony at Merrion Cricket Club on Thursday, 18 June.
RIAM warmly congratulates Lawrence and Long Architects on this recognition, and thanks all those involved in bringing Muse House into use for the Academy community.
