Improvisation is a cornerstone of immediate musical composition, and since the 1960s, improvisation with live electronics has been an important practice. With modern computing technology capable of generating and manipulating audio like never before, musicians now have access to a sonic wonderland at their fingertips. Following an immersive week working with composer Jonathan Nangle, composition students will unleash their improvisatory skills making for a thrilling concert for musicians and audiences alike.
