The Vernon Studio at RIAM is a flexible space (up to 120 seats) that can be configured for more intimate concerts and recitals, and is large enough for full symphonic orchestra rehearsals and to map out any Dublin stage on the floor for opera and musical rehearsals.
An opera studio space, with floor measurements to match a typical opera stage and a ceiling height to optimize acoustics, has provided a stunning home for opera rehearsal on site.
Named after the philanthropist Stephen Vernon, whose important donation was fundamental to begin the redevelopment of this space.
