Expression of Interest: Pre-recorded Virtual Performances
The Royal Irish Academy of Music is an energetic hub of musical excellence, enriching the lives of many in Ireland and further afield annually through an abundant array of concerts and special collaborative projects, masterclasses, international touring and education and outreach projects.
Each season, the RIAM extends its reach beyond its Westland Row premises with significant performance partnerships in addition to an array of RIAM-led events, concert series and large scale musical projects which afford RIAM students ample opportunity to contribute to the creation of a rich performance programme for audiences to listen and actively engage with.
The RIAM’s Artistic Planning Group (APG) leads in the creation and delivery of the Academy’s annual performance programme, the chief goals of which are to enhance student learning, present a challenging and imaginative performance programme and promote the valuable work of the RIAM both nationally and internationally to our valued audiences and stakeholders.
Expressions of interest to participate in and/or propose repertoire for these numerous RIAM own promotions/partnerships/performance opportunities are welcomed by the RIAM’s Artistic Planning Group (APG).
More information is available in the file below.
Application guidelines for each project/series/concert (including deadlines), lead point of contact, programme priorities (where relevant) and the decision making process will be clearly set by the RIAM’s APG and all expressions of interest will be considered. Expression of Interest Forms will be uploaded on the RIAM’s website.
Students will be advised of relevant performance opportunities by the lead point of contact who will also share a link to the Expression of Interest Form and advise the deadline for receipt of application(s).
Decisions made by the APG will be communicated in a timely manner to all applicants.
