EMPOWER at RIAM - Internationals Women's Day

EMPOWER: Women Changing Music, an initiative founded in 2021 by musicians Sinéad Walsh and Hannah Seymour, showcases female composers and musicians with a programme comprising short cross-genre musical performances, a wide variety of music solely by female composers, and panel discussions featuring distinguished women who share their experiences of being a woman in music.  

International Women’s Day at RIAM also includes a relaxed family concert in the afternoon.
